Shannon is a visionary leader committed to advancing diversity in engineering and technology. With 15 years of experience in global corporate engineering companies, she founded Seer to enable women to break into new spaces and equip organizations with the tools to ensure their success. Shannon is a seasoned expert in recruitment and global leadership program development, having spearheaded the design and launch of the General Electric (GE) Renewable Energy Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) in 2016. Her expertise lies in providing structure to ambiguous challenges and "re-engineering" internship and talent pipeline processes to achieve double-digit increases in diverse talent recruitment and multiple years of 50%+ female program participants.

Shannon believes that diverse perspectives are essential to drive innovation and foster a more equitable society. Shannon is especially passionate about sustainability and the climate space, and is based in Greenville, SC, with her partner Ryan and two young children.
